Know ye not?

This morning during the Sunday School hour, Pastor asked people if they would share Scripture that had been especially meaningful to them with those who graduated this year. It was a wonderful time of testimony and blessing. Pastor then ended the hour with a look at Knowledge, and things Christians should know.
As I wrote this the thought came to me that this would be an interesting list of criteria for graduation. I have to admit that I probably would still be working on my diploma had that truly been the case. But thankfully God designed for these to be things learned all through out life.

Romans 6:3
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Romans 6:16

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

Romans 7:1

Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man so long as he liveth?

1 Corinthians 3:16
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1 Corinthians 5:6
Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

1 Corinthians 6:2
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

1 Corinthians 6:3
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

1 Corinthians 6:9
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?

1 Corinthians 6:15
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of an harlot? God forbid.

1 Corinthians 6:16
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

1 Corinthians 6:19
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

1 Corinthians 9:13

Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the alter are partakers of the alter?

1 Corinthians 9:24

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

2 Corinthians 13:5
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

James 4:14

Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

1 John 5:13

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
